Refund Policy

Deposits and Cancellations

At Gonzo.Photographz, I value the trust my clients place in my services and understand the importance of clear communication when it comes to scheduling and payments. To secure your session, a deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable, as it allows me to allocate time and resources specifically for your session. However, I recognize that plans can change, and I strive to accommodate when possible. If you need to cancel your session, providing at least three days' notice before the scheduled date will qualify you for a refund of the deposit. This notice period enables me to adjust my schedule and offer the available time slot to other clients. Unfortunately, cancellations made with less than three days' notice, as well as no-shows on the day of the session, will not be eligible for a refund, as these situations leave little room for adjustments or rebooking.

While I make every effort to honor scheduled sessions, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally arise that necessitate a cancellation on my end. In the rare instance that I must cancel a session, I will ensure that any payments made, including the deposit, are refunded to you in full without delay. Alternatively, I will work with you to reschedule the session at a mutually convenient time. As a solo photographer, I understand how important your time and trust are, and I am committed to maintaining clear communication and professionalism throughout. Additionally, for situations that may impact the session, such as severe weather conditions or location access issues, rescheduling will be offered as the first solution. This approach reflects my commitment to delivering high-quality service and ensuring a successful experience despite potential challenges.

Dissatisfaction and Resolutions

At Gonzo.Photographz, my primary goal is to create photographs and memories that you will cherish for years to come. I take great care in capturing, editing, and delivering your images to meet the highest standards of quality. However, I understand that satisfaction is subjective, and on rare occasions, adjustments may be necessary to meet your expectations. If you are dissatisfied with the images delivered, I encourage you to contact me within seven business days of receiving the final files. During this time, I will happily discuss your concerns and explore resolution options, such as additional edits or, in some cases, partial refunds. My aim is to ensure a collaborative and positive experience, where you feel valued and confident in your decision to choose Gonzo.Photographz for your photography needs.
